  • @bluelingcod no you cant. To apply chrome to almost any material you need you first plate it with another metal such as copper or nickle. Since Copper and nickle wont electroplate to body filler you cant. why would you want to anyways? Steels and body fillers expand and contract at different rates and would crack and seperate over time

  • Can anyone tell me what kind of body filler is the what brand.

  • Doug is a G

  • You really have to get rid of all the writing on the screen. We can hear and see. I was really hoping to see some good stuff.

  • So with metal body filler can you chrome it ???

  • All Expert Village videos are great, learning a lot from them. A little sick and tired of searching for specific videos on how to prepare primarily used body parts from salvage yards for painting. My specific needs are to paint the hood and Headlamp Header Panel that is fiberglass and are both painted with peeling clear cote and badly faded base cote that is a different color than the original paint on a 1985 Plymouth Caravelle. Looking for procedures to paint Hood and Header matching orig.
