  • That is a dangerous drug. You can OD. Too much water -well I'm no doctor but I know it can mess you up. It's not just drowning either. Drinking too much water can kill you too.

  • You are wrong!

Google: "EU bans claim that water can prevent dehydration". :)

  • Novella is a fuck wit

  • Here's the problem to the rest of the world, or, more specifically, the non-England English-speaking world:

two individuals both with British accents are in a debate:

one says homeopathy works, the other doesn't.

BUT THEY BOTH HAVE BRITISH ACCENTS, WHICH GIVES EVERYTHING THEY SAY AN AIR OF AUTHORITY AND RESPECTABILITY!

    Who do you choose?

    :)

This is how it works in a debate:

British pro-homeopath, American from Louisiana anti-homeopath:

    the homeopath wins

    See?

  • Ha!

  • Shoulda said it was magical elixir. People would've started drinking that right up

  • What a scam.

  • Steven Novella is so cool. Met him in Manchester this year and he was chatting with guests at the conference until 4am!

  • @thezoombini

    Right you are :-)

And yes, tapwater is far too concentrated in misc impurities for homeopathic purposes. Why, he won't get hydrated at all like that!

  • @smaakjeks Actually, tapwater is full ionized minerals which would cause dehydration if consumed in concentrated form. My only concern is that he didn't dilute his water enough; there's still active ingredient in there!
