Hi YouTubers! Here's a really awesome fat blasting routine that will hit all your major body parts. This is one of the workouts that helped me tone up while shedding some really stubborn body fat. You don't need any equipment, just a little space and 17 minutes. You'll be sweating up a storm while you kick up your metabolism into overdrive!
1 Minute each of the following:
1. Low Jacks
2. Burpee Jumps
3. Jumping Lunges
4. Push Ups
5. Plank (Alternate Knees In & Out)
Rest 1 Minute, then repeat the circuit 2 more times. Challenge yourself, but take a breather if you need to during the workout.
Don't forget to stretch and drink lots of water!
