This is not a satellite dish. The negative mold was made with a stencil in rotationsprinziple. The negative is made of plaster. Polyester, a special fiber and steel reinforcement results in the parabolic Form. The parabolic mirror melts metal

  • A small,consumer microwave oven's magnetron puts out around 800 watts (peak) of RF power at a frequency of 2.45 GHz.Some industrial microwave ovens operate at 915 MHz.   • A "evil ideea" regarding a parabolic mirror/dish:

    It can be used along with a microwave oven to create a very powerfull weapon that will destroy the electronics on many "thing" that fly in the air :-)

    You must do like this:

    1.place the microwave magnetron at the focal poin of the parabolic dish

    2.plug it in from at least 10 meters to be safe...

  • Sieht man sich die Stahloberfläche an, könnte die Temperatur bei 900 - 1000 Grad C liegen

  • Aluminium hat einen Schmelzpunkt von 933,47 K (660,32 °C) Jetzt wäre noch interessant anhand der veränderten Stahloberfläche die genaue Temperatur im Brennpunkt zu bestimmen!
