Dario G is the name of a dance music trio from Cheshire, England. The name of the group is act was named after the manager of Crewe Alexandra (an English football team), Dario Gradi. Its founder members are Paul Spencer, Scott Rosser and Stephen Spencer (the Spencers are not related).
In 1997 they hit #2 on the UK Singles Chart with "Sunchyme", a song built around a sample of "Life in a Northern Town", a #15 hit for "The Dream Academy" (a british folk rock group) in 1985.

finally found it yippee, forgot it was dario g looked on you tube but didnt know the name of the song,so one day i heard it at work the song LIFE IN THE NORTHERN TOWN and thought it was similar and asked a mate do you know the song thats playing but a newer version???he didnt know what i was talking about, but he told me the name of the song life in the northern town,so i searched life in the northern town on you tube and here i am !!!!!one of my favourite songs ever!
