Wow, if you're not disturbed by this answer, you're asleep at the wheel.

Did he just say that the Supreme Court has given the Executive Branch too much power? Hey "Froto Baggins," why don't you practice what you preach and throw the ring into the fires of Mount Doom!?

The only question that should ever arise is..."Does this legislation promote/advance Liberty, Peace and Prosperity..."
So far...only his stance on Drugs has passed this test; pathetic.

He is a philosopher-in-chief.

Wow! Anyone having any decent level of the power of discernment can hear his double speak in this. No wonder he was groping for his words.

why did you cut the video just when as he said: "I don't like to make promisses I can't keep, so I ..." ?

He is talking about gay marriage and hate crimes and the like unpopular and unconstitutional matters, even though they're against the overwhelming will of the voting people. being liberal and progressive or conservative has nothing to do with being a judge if they respect the constitution and construct of this government. this man is a puppet for the abortionists and Godless left!

Yep, that was I--casting all professional dignity aside for law, country, and Court. In hindsight, perhaps it's good that I completely forgot to introduce myself . . . . and perhaps my academic employer is just as happy I didn't mention where I work . . . .
That was a great question, vsw123. It is too bad the press didn't cover his answer more. It's something I've not heard much about from him, and have heard from other people that it's good to know his thoughts about the subject.
Really glad you got his attention . . . without jumping. ;-)
