  • Hi, I'm running the same motherboard as you but with a Athlon X2 6000+, 2gb of ram and a BFG 9800GT on XP pro SP3. With everything set on the lowest settings (800 x 600) im only getting about 5fps max. Just wondering what motherboard bios version and graphics driver version you are on, or if you have done that commandline text file thing? Any help would be much appreciated, as it sucks playing this game soooo slow.

    Thanks.

  • U must install the latest videocard drivers , check Nvidia site

  • FPS?

  • u can see it on video on upper level of the screen . Around 20 fps with motion blur disable and around 25 with m.b. enable

see all

  • @DarkEntity900 what bottom is that who enable/disable the motion blur ??

  • I Dont See Any Motion Blur Here, Please Correct Me If I'm Wrong, Motion Blur Is When Your Moving Real Fast, While In A Car, Or Rotating Your Cam, Not Shooting EveryThing You See, What Could Have Been Added To This Game To Make It Look Way Better Is Zoom Blur, At A Certain Distance Everything Could Be Seen Blury, Would Look Realy Well In This Game.

  • Hey do you think i can run this game good or well on a Intel Core 2 Quad 2.88 Ghz and im thinking of getting this card and if i got this card could i run it atleast at high or medium? Plz Reply Thx ^-^

  • How much fps will I Get with a quadcore xeon 5160 at 3.0ghz, and 4gb ram, windows 7 64-bit?

  • Holy shit dude you have a fast ass PC and your getting 5fps? Does it do that in any other games or just this game? Make sure you download the latest drivers from the Nvidia site and specify your graphics card and Operating system- install and reset. If you messed with your Bios at all, set it to default if the graphics drivers don't work. With a system like yours, you should be able to play GTA IV at 1440X900 everything Max and Medium View distance which is limited because of system memory.

  • :( gl trying to fully fix it :)

  • I dunno whats going on, its just the game running. I did notice that my graphics card is PCI express 2.0, and the mobo is only the original PCI express. But then I can run Colin Mcrae Dirt at high settings and it runs perfectly. I have tried pretty much everything, so I hav given up and bought a new Asus motherboard that supports PCI-e 2.0, a Phenom II X4 955 BE, 2 new hard drives, windows 7 Pro and 4 gigs of DDR3 ram, so hopefully it will run right!! I will let u kno if it makes a difference.

  • Frames per second or First Person Shooter Rofl

My PC runs really great, Only Drivers
