this nice little tribute goes to an another underated marvel character, I welcome you all to an oceanographer and reluctant superhero, i give you Walter Newell aka Stingray, i think Stingray is such amazing and very cool hero, and he such underated, he need to be in the spotlight more, this tribute is to pay respect and make him shine even more, Stingray belong to Marvel
