I took a matchmove in Blender, modeled part of the scene, textured the model and replaced the fore and background with an ocean sim, Composited in HitFilm.

  • Hey, thanks. Just got your e-mail. You're right, it has been a long time. :)

  • Really good track! I have a problem though... Whenever i track something, it looks great in the 3d view, but when rendered, its crap. Nothing lines up or stays where it should. Any help?

  • @d3sertst0rm Thanks, what software are you using for the matchmove? If you place "Empties" out in 3D space, it'll help you to accurately place your 3D objects and they shouldn't jump around. If you can, try to do a screen capture of your work flow and maybe we can figure out what's going wrong. Cool?
