looks to me like you had the dust hood on spindle 1 go down to far, maybe the stops slipped? or it was set to deep for the material you were cutting with a short bit? we had that happen to ours, you have to take the bristles off the sides of the of the hood and comb them out so that they don't look like an old toothbrush which should also help to give you better dust extraction,
