Morons and their money are soon parted. The life lesson that boy just learned is far more valuable than watching a baseball game.

I work as a ticket scanner for the Cleveland Indians, almost every game someones ticket will scan "stop" meaning not valid. I ask um where they bought it and they usually say " a friend" to which I reply "a friend? or a scalper?" then they usually look at the ground and walk away. idk why people do that at our park because our games almost never sell out!

@xyPERSON I can understand why she so much wanted to buy these tickets but what's so sad she was too trusting from a very questionable source and to add salt to the wound she uses her rent money!!!!!!!! Myself if I have to make a choice would rather have a roof over my head!

All of you who are saying this mother was stupid and irresponsible should consider the possibility that she was thinking of her son's happiness.Of course having money for rent should be first priority but her son is eleven years old and maybe she just wanted to give him a gift.

fuck sf and everything that has to do with the Gay area

Or better yet, the official box office or website.
The mom isn't nice. She's irresponsible. She's teaching her song that it's okay to use your rent money on something as frivolous as baseball. The proper lesson would have been to not go to the game and teaching her song the value of a scarce dollar.

I never trust craigslist for tickets, I rather go to stubhub and pay for the service fees than to blow $900 just like that.
