Each days workout ends with a burnout set. That number is recorded on the iPush-ups app and used to set up the next sessions workout. The app charts everything really nicely where you can really se the progress. I'm going to stick with it the whole 8 weeks religiously. I can really see it working. Tuesday / Thursday / Sunday 5 sets each day - 8 weeks total.
