@l4dxpert1 yes, you just have to go back to the 'services blocking' menu then select the ip address of his computer and select 'remove'. You'll most likely have to restart the router to have the changes come to effect. If you have any questions, or if you use a different router, I'd be glad to help you.

can they get back on after tho. my bro is uploading on youtube and i cant even do anything. i want to kick him off next time untill he stops doing it. i dont mind him just on the internet but uploading taked alot out of our internet. is there a way after i can just let him back on after
