"the man from 20" is a song about the thoughts of an imaginary caretaker who lives in and looks after "20 forthlin road, liverpool", the house where "paul mccartney" grew up and where he wrote many of the greatest "beatles songs". It was written by charlie and maxi, who are big "beatles" fans, after both of them had visited the house at different times and includes their thoughts and the thoughts of one Dermot Walsh an avid" beatles" fan.

Vocals Charlie McGettigan and Danny Sheeran
Guitars Charlie McGettigan
Keyboards Paul Gurney

Produced by Paul Gurney and Charlie McGettigan

  • Thank you! I found a live version today and it's on my favourites!

  • Thanks for the thoughts! My kids always slag me because I shed a little emotional tear when I visited 20 Forthlin Road. Who wouldn't??

  • What I liked about George's guitar playing was that you could sing his solos! They were always little melodies of their own±

  • Thanks!

  • Thanks Michael and all at Rig the Jig!
