Quicker times with less mods? We both had full bolt-ons, you had LT's, 4.10's and a 5 speed.
I had full bolt-ons, stock manifolds, stock converter and 3.73's and went .7sec and 8mph faster.

You should sell that turbo kit, spend 10 minutes on the phone with DESTANG on 3.8forums and ask him how hes running better times on only a 100shot.

I had 3.73's and a 100% stock motor and full bolt ons and went 12.64 @ 107, no cam, no heads....if you are saying you went 7 tenths faster with just bolt ons and the same pill combo I was running with an auto I would be impressed, but If we are talking about what you are running now with the heads cam combo of course you are quicker that's not what I was talking about. I'm saying stock motor for stock motor.

You really didn't need to post on every single video I have I know the car, and I was running quicker e/ts with less mods back in the day. Turbos make more power plain and simple look at the trap speeds.

It's not the factory limiter it's at 6k rpm and still pulling that's why it traps 123 nearly everytime if I don't let off.... I either need to re-gear or run a taller tire

The two step combined with less ignition timing allows the car to build boost while in neutral, and the no lift shift allows the car to stay in boost in between shifts, essentially giving you all the benefits of an automatic with a transbrake while having a lighter (and imo more fun to drive car)
