  • My son earned this truck, even though it was a birthday present. He's a good student, helps me out at home, holds a job of his own and stays out of all the crap he could be getting into... lol. He deserved it. Thanks for all the nice comments. He is actually taking really good care of it and not driving it much. Only on good days and if he is going someplace special. He appreciates what he has. I'm so thankful. =)

  • Beautiful truck by the way!

  • Thanks! We gave only $2750 for it... it's worth $5100. My son, believe it or not, is only the 2nd owner!!!! You should have seen the antique title it had on it! They kept it always garaged... all is original with a new paint job. Crazy, huh?

  • That truck is in awesome shape. That kid's got some damn nice parents, and a nice truck to show for it. I hope he takes good care of that truck, if he does, ittl never fail him. Stone cold reliable, tough as nails and a useful vehicle besides.

  • Thanks alot! He loves it and is taking good care of it. I'm really into the classic cars... my oldest son got a 1982 Chevy Camaro Z28 for his 16th. My kids are really good kids... they deserve it.

  • Im 14 but my dad owns a car lot, its a small buissness, and he has a lot of nice cars, but i got my eye on one its a 1985 Chevy truck, its amazing, i like the old style trucks, like your sons truck, it looks amazing =)

  • Congrats to Boo! Looks like quite a find for the money. Good to know he appreciates what he's got and takes care of it. Many don't or won't. I looked at a '57 Styleside Custom Cab in Enid, OK a few years ago. It was on a car lot! It had belonged to a high school kid whose dad had fixed it up for him. Supposedly, the kids laughed at him whem he drove it to school, so he didn't want it anymore. I never got that considering it WAS in Oklahoma!!! I now have a nice loaded '59 from CA.

  • Never sell it Kid !

  • You got him a good one there. Back in February, I bought a '57 F-100. You will see the default picture on my channel. It has a three speed column shifter and a straight six. I'll take it out for a run this weekend.

  • Cool I just bought one took out a bank loan for it, California car came out to Australia 3 years ago, plans are dump the leaf spring front replace with coil over shocks, notch the chasis rails at the back and pop on some sweet white walls, Your a lucky boy drive her with love!
