  • Thanks for this and Sir Rockabye.

Do you happen to have the episode that these performances come from by any chance? Frank Black hosted the whole show and selected videos by the likes of the Residents, They Might Be Giants, Pere Ubu, Dead Milkmen, Violent Femmes, etc. I'd love to be able to find the tracklist for that show.

  • @farahishaq Hi! I didn't record the entire show (lacking space on tape), but some of the videos he played were: "Frank Black - Los Angeles", "TMBG - Don't Let's Start" and "Ana Ng" later, "Ween - Push Th' Little Daisies", "Violent Femmes - American Music", "Neil Young - Wondering", "Beasie Boys - Hey Ladies", "Ramones - Pet Semetary", "Residents - One Minute Movies" from the "Commercial Album", "Madness - One Step Beyond", "Teenage Fanclub - Hang On", "The Jam - That's Entertainment" ...

  • @farahishaq continued ... "The Dead Milkmen - Punk Rock Girl", "Green Day - Longview", "Barkmarket - Whipping Boy" and his performances for "Headache" and "Sir Rockaby". I don't remember Pere Ubu's song, maybe I pressed REC too late after a commercial break =( Hope this helps, though. All the best! SF

  • @spacefrenzy Thanks for the reply. I must admit I've never even heard of Barkmarket but apart from that your list matches most of what I remember from that show. I'll add the following: The Damned - Gigolo, The Clash - I Fought The Law, Rollins Band - Liar, Specials - Ghost Town, Elvis Costello - Accidents Will Happen, Talk Talk - It's My Life, Morrissey - Every Day is Like Sunday, Pere Ubu - Waiting for Mary, Reverend Horton Heat - Psychobilly Freakout.

tx date probably 12th June '94.

  • @farahishaq Heya! Thanks for addition. Have a great new year! :)
