Thank you for finding my channel. Have a look at Llermo Rogers series of videos on my channel and others. There you will see how sapula punching works, give it a go. A piece of advice try not cock your punces to much as people think they get more power into the punch in their training I have found this is not so the power comes from moving the body not from the cocking of your arm. !1 stone moving with the punce is a powerfull thing, but timing is important.. notice how the bag moves across the floor even tho my punches dont look so forceful. this comes from relaxing and letting the power flow from the center.
