Matty and the Chocolate Scare (2009)

In December of 2009 (or maybe it was February?) Mister Matisse (aka Matty) gave us quite the scare when he gobbled up some homemade chocolate covered caramels that our friend Laura made for us. He swiped them off the dining table, and I was looking for them, only to find the packaging in his little bed.

We were so nervous, we called the vet, we did research online, and we video taped him. Only to find that he had not eaten enough chocolate to harm him in any way, but it was enough to make him more hyper than ever. And he is already quite hyper ;)

We learned our lesson after that. No chocolate left anywhere for Matty to steal :)
