Blue Curiosa, remember to take off the "guard petals" before the wedding. Just wiggle them from one side to another and they will snap off.

Are those roses in the video Blue Bird, Blue Curiosa, or some other type?

Your florist can easily order lavender of purple roses(give them a week). Some favorites are Blue Bird, Blue Curiosa, or Sterling(light lavender). Lavender roses open very quickly and are very full, which is why most florists don't carry them in the cooler.
