It's a bunch of guys of Hispanic decent who are fishing in American waters. The choppers are the coast guard along with the fighter jets who patrol the areas over the water. The UFO was as usual, an edited piece of junk. The men are freaking out due to the charges that would be brought on them when crossing over the water borders in and around the Caribbean. I've been there and done that patrolling those waters. This is a common thing that goes on all the time. Ask any Naval Officer about it.
