  • I love how he says they made an unlawful search and seizure of his video tape...LOL, You don't need a warrant to seize property on a suspect's person.

  • @tronclay Yet no proof of that happened. All depending on dept. policy, police dont nessecarily have to have lights on when first catching up to a suspect vehicle. They can accelerate to catch up to the vehicle and then light it up. But unless its a high speed pursuit its a grey area. And honestly the camera guy had no business being there. He was just being a dickhead looking for trouble. That undercover had no reason to present ID or a badge to someone outside the investigation.

  • @rubay101

sued for what? he was illegally parked and was interfering with an investigation. If he had not talked or illegally parked he could have legally recorded all day long. you can not break a few laws to attempt to justify things you are allowed to do.

  • I hope you sued their ass

  • Good arrest. Total loser looking for trouble. What's new.

  • meh. he asked him to leave as he was parked illegally the guy refused by keeping on asking him for id and such. He was identified by a uniformed officer as a police officer. I dont see how this was an illegal arrest. if the guy got back into his car and left he wouldnt have been arrested but his sense of self entitlement got the better of him.

  • @FoxeoGames Right, I also assume that some guy wearing a tshirt and short in a red car like my grandmothers in an officer in the course of lawful duties. How fucking stupid of me.Did you not listen to the video or are you just leaving out the parts that dont work for you? He CLEARLY.... CLEARLY states that the officer (in the red car) sped up the breakdown lane with no lights on. The camera man obvious felt that this was a very unsafe situation and decided to film the situation.

  • @FoxeoGames why assume anything? IM going by the PROOF and EVIDENCE in the video. Evidence, reasonable suspiscion etc etc.... Things you seem to care nothing about as an officer which is very concerning. Oh the officer say this and yadayadayada... Yeah i guess you are right, cased closed, just because the cop said so.

  • @FoxeoGames The two laws which i responded to already saying that they have no bearing if the camera man was either NOT parked on the pavement OR the cop wasnt acting lawfully. YOU assume both things are the way YOU want them to be as an officer. I look at the VIDEO and derive what i can from it. Video doesnt speak for itself? Tell that to a court of law. The officer was asked for identification, rightfully so as he wasnt in uniform and he refused to show it. Is that now unlawful?

  • @tronclay The general public is to assume that an officer, giving the appearance of working, is in the performance of lawful duties. What reason did this cameraman have to approach and question the officer? What is he trying to accomplish?

This is beginning to sound like the cameraman was road raging, pulled over to yell at him, and then go this ass locked up over it. A classic case of why you don't road rage. Anyway, peace out, this is beyond ridiculous.
