http://www.thebestexercises.com - This is a bodyweight tricep exercise that requires only the floor to perform! You'll lay on your back and bring your knees up to your chest. Set your hands on the ground then use your triceps to push HARD against the ground, bringing your lower body up. This version is done with a dumbell between the feet for extra resistance.

  • This is a good one and you can start with your legs flat to the floor and work the lower abs at the same time. ;-)

  • Well Nick I've watched all your videos and you're definitely a bodybuilding genius and I will be trying out most of these exercises so THANK YOU VERY MUCH. I particularly like the look of the tricep ones going down on the barbell, the javelin press, the incline barbell curls, and the Nilsson curls look KILLER, can't wait to try them!!! Once again you're a GENIUS!

  • looks like an ab exercise but you actually hold your legs there and push against the ground with your hands to bring your legs up.
