Svadba, svadba, svaba, Hej!

This dance is usually done several times during the evening after the wedding dinner. However, George Klipa and his orchestra surprised the wedding party by playing it, even before they had a chance to sit down after being introduced to the tune of "Mars Na Drinu." Challenged, at first they didn't know what to make of it, but as you see, they quickly got into the "hang" of it and had fun, and subsequently, made it a fun time for all of us.

"Svadba, svadba, svadba, hey!" means "Wedding, wedding, wedding, hey!" And it is just a silly song to ensure a good time for all the people present. As I mentioned in the description, this was totally a surprise to the wedding party so early in the evening, but as you can see, it didn't take the young ones long to get into the swing of things. And all the guests were ready to celebrate too! ;-) Rada and Patrick's wedding on June 4, 2011. What a great time was had by all!
