Driver has been reported to TFL and RoadSafe

Makes a U-turn in the road, ok fine no problem.

Starts to come into my lane but backs off.

Returns to his lane then swerves into mine, without indicating.

Taxi driver then uses as many hand signals as his intelligence allows (2) to try and convince everyone around him that he isn't a blind prat.

I am wearing a high vis bib and have a camera strapped to my head, how can you not see me!?
