A demonstration project to transfer electricity wirelessly using two helical loops. The prototype is capable of transferring about 0.1 Watt with an efficiency of 5% at 2m from the power outlet to the load device (including the source and load circuits). At this video we powered a 0.1 Watt radio at full function from a source 2m away. The helical copper coils used have 30cm radius and 3mm of cross sectional radius. This project was carried out by Motaz Khader, Mohammad Aldeiri and Tamer Tarawneh at Princess Sumaya University for Technology, Jordan.

  • I am working in the same i suggest you to apply the Testla Theorem I don't want to define it as other one can try to do the same

  • When you put a load on the receiver end, dose it effect the transmitter station? In other words: Is there is any measurable energy increase on the transmitter station when when you start using wireless energy?
