I mame across a GREAT deal on a CANON XTI outfit for a super price!, MY issue was viewing subject matter in the REAR display screen as well as through the prism finder., I was pleasantly surprised that the XTI requires a FLASH CARD instead of an SD card,, indicative of upper -end DSLR's

Hey, I just got this camera and am trying to figure it all out. Is there a 400 and a 400D model? In the manual and in your video it shows in the menu a "camera icon 1" and a "Camera icon 2". I only seem to show just the one. Also, I do not have the Raw option which you talked about. Not sure if I'm missing something simple. Thanks.

why doesn't my camera have the raw mode? I have the exact same camera but the raw mode is not there. Thank you for posting this it was very helpful.

@shanefever2004 I'm sorry you could not hear but this is the first complaint I recieved. Might sound simple but did you turn your speakers up?

Whats up. I bought my Digital Canon KIss X/ 400 D in 2009 while in Korea and I was wondering if you know a way to easily clean the (inside) view finder thing.... It's like a white screen just inside the veiw finder. It's ridiculously annoying. I'm just starting out with this. Thanks for the vids.

@jmonie02 For removing dust or other minute particles get yourself a can of compressed air, it works wonders.

When i go to take a picture it acts like it took it just like yours did in this video but when i go to display the picture it doesnt show?
