Hey Fitties! Had all sorts of issues with getting this online yesterday.. but looks like its finally worked :)

  • When you first get that "Oh, I'm getting kind of full feeling," stop and put down your fork or whatever for five full minutes.  Then decide whether or not you really need to eat anymore. This gives your brain and your stomach time to catch up with each other. :)

  • i just fill the dinner size plate but make sure to eat slowly so i can tell when i'm full and stop eating.

  • after i eat, i chew gum. it keeps me from eating more.

  • A study was done on portion control and when using smaller plates, even when people got seconds, they ate less.

  • maybe it's about time to switch up daily tasks for a while. i don't know how you guys keep finding these good tips! i would have been out of ideas a LONG time ago. it might be new inspiration to have a different week's worth of topics.
