You mention a bump in the video and then no lift at full throttle. What happened? Do you know what caused you to crash? Was it the engine or the Chute?

Vortex rotors caused by extra wind that day, blowing over the cliff straight up the river, was pushing down and into the bridge. At the time, best thing to do was get on the ground immediately.

If I had had my smaller chute, might have been able to turn into the wind. But you know when these kind of things happen they happen fast.? I was overflying conditions, yes. Still don't know how I feel about the outcome. Anyway . . .

Jesus is coming. Period.

Okay, I've got to ask. What bystanders? You mean my son the cameraman? It is not like I am flying a AirBus A380 at an airshow with a thousand people at it.

Shoot, I'm not even flying my PPC around a village of Congolese refugees at 26mph.

Watch some other flying/crash videos, and then go ahead and tell me how dangerous this is. If the flying is overly dangerous, I guess the story is really really scary.

You're really not practicing safe flying, with Jesus or without Jesus. No one should be flying like that especially being so inexperienced. You're endangering your life, other people's lives, and other's property. If that is what Jesus wants for you I think you should stop praying...

Dear MovieManMania- Jon R.: Thank you for your concern. I assure you nobody, except maybe me, was ever in any danger. I'm too chicken for the real stunt flying. A fair discussion of this, among the YouTube Ultralight Community, is done in Part 3 comments. You being a movie man know a little bit of zoom lens goes a long way. Again, thanks for your concern.

I was trained by a certified pilot who would never turn someone who operates a machine like this lose to put himself and any bystanders at risk.
