Saudi Arabian Oil Company CEO Abdallah Jum'ah says he doubts that either the current instability of world financial markets or a U. S. push toward oil independence will stop his company's growth. Recorded: Nov. 13, 2008 as part of the View from the Top Speaker Series.
I do work with Saudi Aramco too and although I don't deny that corruption is there, but not more than any other large organization anywhere in the world. Mr. Jumah kept his word and really transformed the company's culture. Innovation was not even there before he came. We miss him very much as he was a true leader and was very dear to our hearts.

Am working with saudi aramco and it is the most corrupted company ever ; all what he indicated about programs that helps employee to be innovative and other liying facts are all thiories and show off programs that’s never helps the employee , I admire Mr. Jumah because he kept lying for 14 years without being caught on lie . You destroyed Saudi aramco Mr. Jumah generations will never forgive you for that !!!
