  • Gold-plated? I don't think so.

  • $28k per year for life. The average tax payer only makes $30k and has ZERO pension. Private sector taxpayers also have to pay 12.4% SS taxes that many public employers don't. By definition, these are GOLD PLATED PENSIONS!
