@mulan747 Yes I agree that innocent tamils died during the end phase of the war. But why? LTTE should take the blame for that. They held them as a human shield and SLAF released videos as proof and ur own ppl confirmed it after crossing over to SLA controlled areas. Don't expect SLA soldiers to stand down and die when LTTE launch attacks against them standing behind civilians to protect themselves holding innocent Tamils as a shield. I would rather attack them back to keep my men alive

@mulan747 LTTE bombed buses, trains, temples, central bank, Pettah bus stop, near schools, air ports and list goes on. None of them were targeting SLA but only civilians. U do the math and see the percentage of died SLA soldiers and civilians after these attacks. Facts are clear that they were targeting innocent civilians. LTTE became very weak after 2008 and they couldn't do a big damage. They tried to do it with their planes but our air force was way too powerful. They lost key ppl too

@mulan747 During the peace talks. LTTE blasted SLA cntrolled areas and carried out suicide missions. LTTE brought their metal sheet planes during the peace talks period or during the CFA period. SLA did fight head on. Whole world knows that LTTE used Guerilla warfare technique. U know what that means..Hide, attack and then run. Ofcourse LTTE soldiers were not paid but LTTE leaders got paid millions of dollars. Their kids went overseas while child soldiers were dying on the battlefield.

@mulan747 We don't trust UN and their officials. Navi Pillai is a tamil born in SA and I'm sure LTTE supporters were behind her back pushing UN officials to investigate war crimes. Why can't they do the same for USA for committing war crimes in Iraq when the whole world was watching it. Where was this UN? @mulan747 Ofcourse LTTE lost to us. U even accepted that by saying all of a sudden we won. Yes we won LTTE lost. No soldiers from any country came down to SL and fought against LTTE. It was our soldiers (100% Sri Lankan) who sacrificed lives and cleaned up all the terrorists. Noone used chemical weapons and there's no proof. LTTE used suicide bombs to kill innocent civilians.
