I like Scrapheap challenge (as well as Red Dwarf) but you need to make more stuff that explodes :)

I know, how good is it? Just watched the Barley Pickers tear their way to victory tonight in their jet propelled ripper. I think so far, out of all the teams, I think their ingenuity and ideas are by far the best. My jaw was left hanging when they built their hydraulic excavator out of a truck axle and some old rams. Amazing stuff.

I'm currently watching it on ABC2 also. I love the fact that ABC are showing it from the start, series after series with no ads! It's so totally perfect!

To be serious, my 3 year old son and I LOVE Scrapheap Challenge, or the "Car Show" as he calls it. We never miss it here in Australia on ABC2 although we are watching old series. I love it so much, I've recently bought myself a MIG welder so I can fashion my own "scrap". Just subscribed to the channel and keep up the great work.

sorry too get off topic, but robert did u get out of the car setup the camera (off the road obviously) start filming, run back to the car and drive past the camera, stop the car, run back for camera again, all for a good beginning and ending drive by?... thats devotion sir, good on you :), of course if im wrong im sorry

Hi Robert, I think think your clutch pedal needs a bit of oil.
