Same thing happened to me at Leominster Hospital, where I pressed the regular call button, got the service elevator. Didn't know it at the time, but when it came to the final destination, I was busted. Didn't get in trouble, because the elevator was not marked (it was gray, versus the others being blue, but still, unmarked).

This is a cool video. I live in Arlington and pass by yur building all the time. I am also in the freight business. I operate a Landstar freight agent office. (that's my real job) But when I off work I play on youtube.

Thyssen freight elevators are known to have serious defects. Thyssens newest elevator technology called ISIS is literally a death trap. Apparently some of the main load bearing equipment is made out of plastic (superior german technology hahaha) and can shear the ropes right off the elevator! You can guess what happens next. Bet they don't show that in their commercials. Ironically their company logo looks like some kind of biohazard sign warning potential riders to ride at their own risk.

You CAN get restricted elevators if the restricted elevator and the main ones of which the call button is designated for run on the same controller.
