One thing I just wonder about Sir Frank. When did his voice become so "weak sounding"?
I know it is NOT from his accident that paralysed him, which I first thought. That was in 1986 unless I'm very much mistaken, and I saw a documentary from the early nineties recently, there Frank's voice was completely normal. The journalist interviewed him at his office in Grove.
So why has his voice become like that and when did it start?

Frank Williams sabotaged in 1981 Carlos Reutemann`s Champioship shot. The he sabotaged Juan Pablo Montoya`s career in F1. We all saw those races were Montoya kicked Schumager ass, but then his car started broken to often and mistakes on pitsstops, etc. took his chance of fighting for the championship.
This kind of things had been happening to Latin American drivers for a long time.
Frank Williams does not deserve a tribute of any kind.

Thank you for making this beautiful tribute. Frank Williams is a unique team boss in the F1 field, and a great man.
BTW people should stop arguing here which driver is the best, we need to talk about the accomplishments of Sir Frank instead :)
