@MrAaronb400 Sounds awesome. I am actually planning to buy one of those Kadett's for summer. Or some other RWDs from 70's/early 80's. :)

@MrAaronb400 I myself love both Opels and Fords from this era. Love old Mantas, Kadetts and Asconas. But still love two first generations of Escort, Sierras and Capris. Not to mention all the Rekords/Commondores and Taunuses/Anglias and what not.
To me it's no matter of manufacturer at all. At least when talking about older cars like the ones in the video, back then every manufacturer had something awesome. Unlike nowadays.
Btw. is that your kadett on oyur pic ;)?

@Menolifee good point :). i have been in friends cars and they have had fords. the build quality from my point of view was not very good. i think they are overated thats all.

Wonderful cars.
Old fords are beautiful. :)

@MrAaronb400 Why can you not like both Opel and Ford?

1st season of Top Gear back in 2002

@charliepioneer what i mean is a fast ford is not cheap to buy and they are not fast. i find them to be very overrated. the manta thing was to say that its cheaper than an m3 and faster but cheaper than a ford also. manta is Opel incase you didnt know from about 1983-1988 rival the ford capri later model

@MrAaronb400 ehhhhhhhhhhhhh

@charliepioneer i could get a manta for £4,000 in great condition. Fit some bilsteins and a 2.0 c20cxe engine for about £2,000 and tune it a little. Up to 300bhp that will destory just about anything and cost a total of about £10,000
