i'm sorry m8, i love your video's but i don't understand how u can say 1999 was bad, in my opinion 1999 was the greatest year of all time, the likes of kane, undertaker, hhh, stone cold and the the rock all at their best

because most iof the ppvs were garbage. All the people u mention were on top of their game, raw and later smackdown were both awesome shows but when it came to the ppvs most of them were terrible

@themarcrpearson I would agree that match wise 99 wasn't that great. PPV is really the only time you can have good matches. You never see a good match on tv really. Mainly cause there isn't enough time. It's rare to see a non main event tv match get over 5 minutes. So they have to make up for it by having good matches at the PPV's. And I would admit that WWF didn't really have good PPV matches in 99. But storyline wise 99 was one of the best. But the Ministry could have ran longer imo

1999 was a good year. While your right about some stuff, you fail to realise the importance of a lack luster undercard. Nowadays they try and have top guys in almost every match in at PPV. Lowering the integrity of the main event. Where as back then, when it came time for Stone Cold, people went crazy. Well never have a crowd atmosphere like this era for that reason alone.

1999 was no doubt the the greatest time period of the WWF great story lines that was and still is and always will be my favorite year of the WWF

love your videos mark mate, never get sick of watching them. your deadpan attitude always cracks me up. totally agree with you about those hardcore matches that year. hardcore title just became a worthless piece of shit by the end of 99.
