I managed to make it to the 91th floor only to get beaten by an Elite Wizzerd and 2 poison puffs.

You have to get bobbery for this though. go back to hooktail castle on where you entered the room with the spike maze. then blow up the crack in the wall. then open the chest and you will get an up arrow. take it to the guy who upgrades you and you will get to upgrade your partners 2 times.

Actually it's better if you have more badge points than hp and fp, because you can raise you attack really high like shadow kirby did

I got mine in the Entrance of the Pirates Grotto is next to barrel in the left the ruin powder is hidden there.

How did you knock a Goomba out from the audience while battling? o_O

You Can knock a Goomba if they're about to throw you a item, it can be good or bad, but in this case it was a rock so it was bad, just press the X button to beat the goomba who is about to throw you a rock or used cans.
