Give any guy a personal trainer, 13 months, and no other obligations in life and I GUARANTEE they will be just as strong or stronger than him.

@raheelk23 ya right he was doing some acting scences to and its not about time or trainer it about being strong mentally guys like you probably cant even last 1 hour in the gym try doin 4 hours each day for 1 year
