This looks like the Crosstown bridge in Oklahoma City, more patches in the deck then anything. Do you have someone from ODOT working in Montreal on your roads?

Ottawa will have the best roads and Quebec city lol alot a highways are good I been to Montreal and there not all bad but ya they dont fix roads till they have too its more lke patch em
