A full day playing in the ice, snow , mud and sand at Yarwell Quarry. Was great fun and good to try all the different routes / sections that you don't get to do when LRO use it for the Land Rover Show

Unfortunately the downside of Disco 2's, the front is to easy to "break".......Been lucky so far, but often have to screw the liners etc back to the bumper.......an "offroad" replacement is the only way to go really, Or cut the factory one.....

i went throught some water with broken ice on that ripped a fog light out i could hear some scrapeing so stoped and looked saw a fog lamp and half of the bumper missing i were assed off then got back in to the playing around bit again got stuck then some one ripped the front towing eye off so i had to be recoverd backwards and as i were the rest of the bumper got ripped off i were goin to put a winch in the place you did but i think that idea has gone out of the window now in favour of a metal 1

Ripped of the towing eye !!.... If you "drove in" and got stuck, you should really be recovered backwards, otherwise your trying to be pulled through what your already stuck in, so the load required would be a lot more, hence the tow point gave way, although its not really desigend for "offroad" recovery, another downside to the D2.....Front recovery points, but a good "offroad" bumper will sort that out to as they usually come with the points included.
