Is the wind sound really that loud or is it just the pickup from the camera?

It is a noise of the wind.

Perhaps, the cause of creaking noise is sound from front gear.

@tubewerk It is more efficient than a bicycle because the typical "cruising" speed for me is 27mph, if i put the same effort in on an non-faired upright i would only be able to hold that speed for a short time. The higher weight is noticable up steep hills but, if you live in a steep hilly area then you want to get an electric assist package that will allow you to top hills fairly easy, just remember the more you work while using the electric assist the more battery life you have. Very cool! How far do you ride with it, typically? Is it better than a standard bicycle (due to lower wind resistance), or worse than a bicycle (due to higher weight)?
