Tom Mesereau Had Witnesses Ready to Testify Against Chandler

Jordan Chandler lied on Michael Jackson and here is the proof from Tom Messereu. There is some foundation of truth to the internet rumor.

The more I think about it, the more I doubt this. If they were such home-run witnesses, they would've been put on the stand anyway; it would've destroyed June's testimony.

From what I hear, the witness who outed herself was not even a friend of Jordan and she's a longtime Michael Jackson fanatic,--for years posting on forums, fan sites, saying she wanted to marry someone who looks like Michael Jackson, etc. If she's reflective of the sort of witnesses Tom had lined up, I'm unimpressed.

@pharfair There was no reason to use any witnesses to testify against Jordan because he didn’t show up. Unless you are Jordan Chandler, you can’t say who he spoke to. Jordan filed for legal emancipation from both his parents. Up until his fathers death they went back and forth suing each other. Jason Francia showed up in 2005 and the jurors saw through his false story - Case closed. I think you're too focused on false stories.

Initially Francia told the police nothing happened but then heard reports of a 20 million dollar settlement(lies) and changed his story. Suddenly he was tickled wrong 0-1 times in his police report and 1-5 times during his testimony. Juror Foreman described his testimony "similar to Janet Arviso" which means he was a quack --- CASE CLOSED. T-Mez saw through all those bogus testimonies like everyone else with common sense.

@pharfair UNLESS YOU ARE JORDAN CHANDLER - You can not say who he spoke to, what was said or who he was in love with. Jordan filed for legal emancipation from BOTH his parents - and made up with his father in 2005 which almost lead to his death. Attacking Messereau does not change the fact that the jurors acquitted Michael of all 14 counts.

But anyway you twist it, the fact is that JC did not testify. Nor did his uncle who claimed to have evidence against MJ. But when the Defense(!!!!!) tried to subpoena him, he was running scared from having to testify under oath. This speaks volumes!

Michael Jackson was handcuffed for a crime he NEVER comitted. Anyone saw Bush even being badmouthed about every single town bombed, every child killed, every woman raped?

and when Michael said "have you seen my childhood?" I was like he never had to say more cuz I get him. When you have a bad childhood, maybe cuz you got famous at 5 and on top of that a parent mentally and physical abused you and made you feel ugly, im sure you'd do what Michael did. He wanted to fix himself by changing his looks and skin so I get that. People who judge or make fun of him by his looks are cruel and ignorant cuz you never should do that when you can see it in a different POV

Total respect for Tom. Michael was innocent all along. Evil people took advantage of Michael's goodwill. I cannot imagine the pain Michael had been thru.

...you can only question of JC ever talked to her, but like others said before me, you are not JC to be able to tell if she did or didn't. We don't know what she would have told on the stand and what evidence she had to back up her claims. You also don't know if this girl is the only one who would have testifed about JC telling them he lied. IMO there were probably more.

@pharfair The witness we are talking about is a fan of MJ, but I wouldn't call her a "fanatic". If you go to her twitter, blogs she hardly ever talks about MJ, she seems like a person with a life and someone who wouldn't stick to someone she thought was a child molester. So she obviously doesn't think MJ was. Whether she ever went to school with JC is easily provable, so she's probably telling the truth about that too...

@pharfair It doesn't matter what Meserau said about Francia or Jordan's emancipation here in this video. It doesn't change the big picture about the claims of both the Chandlers and the Francias, which is that they were lying. It's obvious if you read Jason Francia's testimony, it's obvious if you are fully familiar with the Chandler case. I love the way how you haters are grasping at straws.
