@hcwcars1 of course not. The Dream Act would apply to all illegal aliens between the ages of 16 and 30. That includes GED holders and the bottom 1% of their graduating class also. Amnesty plain and simple.

Mr. Mehlman is correct. The parents of illegal aliens should be held responsible for the cost of a college education for their Illegal alien children. If a student applies for admission to a college or university and can not prove LEGAL residence in that state, they should be charged out of state tuition rates. The lack of a VALID social security number should be a red flag that they are not LEGAL residents of that state, or this country for that matter.

We are a threat to the dominant culture and it scares you that we are coming in mass numbers, LEGALLY and ILLEGALY. So go ahead and claim that we take jobs from you, that we are all on welfare, that we are uneducated, or my favorite...the fact that we can not assimilate to your culture.
