  • Good idea with the fiber supplement. It is hard to get enough fiber when you are on a high-protein low-carb diet. I'm going to grab some of that.

  • @DBiUploa Well balanced, about 40-40-20 protien,carb,fat. lots of fish and sweet potatoes, etc

  • @Billynayshere How many meals (whole foods, not shakes) do you get in a day?

  • @DBiUpload 5 "whole foods" and 1 shake post workout..
