It was pretty good, no real complaints. I don't think that Les Paul was made to be in Drop A Though. Ha. And the dog is a nice touch. Haha.

This is a pretty accurate sound, and super chunky and fat in its own regard. Nice work. May I ask what your signal path is? Mainly what kind of cab and mic (I guess amp as well) are you using to capture that thick sound?

This is all done direct, check my channel for detailed gear listing. Because it is for youtube and the audio quality is still about 2/3's of what it sounds like on my pc before i upload it, direct works just fine. For my pro audio i wouldn't settle I use two amps (listed on my channel) and cabs paired with two Sure dynamic instrument mics ( can't remember their exact model at the moment) but the sound is way better than this still using CubaseSX for all audio.

What string gauge do you use? I'm curious because your drop tunings still sound pretty tight

On this vid I used the Ernie Ball Custom Hybrid Slinkys, but I usually use the Skinny Top Heavy Bottom EB's. I was surprised myself by how clean these were in such a low tuning, but i still prefer the feel of the others more.
