LOL..This is hilarious, because no kidding did I just post a chakra balancing video that looks very very similar to yours..It's funny too, because the picture for mine is also throat, and I thought for a second when I saw yours that it was mine..I was like, "I didn't make it withh a black background. I wonder why it looks like that??" Hmmm...Well anyway. "Great minds think alike." :P

That is amazing and very cool! Well, some do say that great minds think alike! : ) I did this one awhile back, it's shorter than I originally intended. Sometimes a black background really allows the other pics and colors to stand out.
