PBR Wi-fi Battle 4/12/08 A

Finally I got around to making some new videos! I intended to upload more than just one today, but apparently my video editing software had another idea. And on top of that, Youtube's video uploader was malfunctioning on me. UGH. Perfect timing, eh?

*SPOILERS*

Trusty Ginger. She disposed of Togekiss handily, albeit just barely. Had she lost, Fu and Shiitake would have easily been one-shotted by Air Slash. Lady Luck was really on my side this time, as evidenced by the fact that I didn't get totally obliterated by Mesprit. Both Fu and Shiitake were weak to Psychic, but apparently this Mesprit had no STAB move. Huh. Go figure.

This was pretty close to being a loss for me, but in the end, Shiitake's Sleep Powder came through, allowing me to dispatch Electivire. Good thing I decided to invest in defenses instead of making him a Sunnybeamer.

My team: Swellow, Primeape, Vileplume

Opponent's team: Togekiss, Mesprit, Electivire

Oh, and I deleted one of the WhiteKhakis matches. The one where I won, because it wasn't a really intense battle. It was just my Arcanine getting extremely lucky with paralysis and critical hit hax. :p

Primape is the second speediest fighting type (outspeed by infernape). I don't think electivire could outspeed it if it tried.

I agree I love Vileplume too but personally I'm training a Bellossom right now, both are actually very solid grass types, they oughta be utilized more!
