I'm not sure, but I don't believe Nancy was EVER able to land both the triple flip and lutz at the beginning of this program? Watching it again, I can't help but wonder if the order of her jumps just didn't work. Landing the triple flip and rushing right into the lutz with limited preparation (and intense music) would be difficult for any skater...

Her dress though is timeless. Beautiful...

She was trembling at her starting position

"Ohhh Dear" is right.....

it sucks that this happened, but those marks were very fair. what a shame.

Another hot mess of a performance. She is NOT a natural jumper.

She landed a triple triple people and was honest in the kiss and cry. Brutally honest and said what others might think and not say...rather they would come up with some excuse or 'politically correct' bull kaka....I love her 'OMG I just lost it"...so totally real and human. Nancy isn't a snob...I read where she was a victim of snobbery. I don't doubt it...she is pretty and I think very misunderstood....people seemed to LOOK for ways to cut her down.

I used to think she was snobby as well, but after reading Toller Cranston's book "Ice Cream" as well as seeing Nancy in several interviews, I've changed my mind. I think b/c of her look, we think she's from money, but she's not at all, and apparently could not stand being a "celebrity." I think she was upset that, thanks to Tanya, she became a public figure without having control over it. From all I hear about her, she's a very down to earth person.
