@shebotnov Ehm what? Where did I say otherwise? Where was I even talking about mortality rates? I was talking about how they lied in the video, yes Germany had 2,411,271 accidents in 2010, but on ALL of the roads, not just on the Autobahn. Obviously many of these were just harmless fender benders, only 3648 people died. I never said anything to the contrary. How about you go back and actually read what I said?

@Kloth23 lolwhat? German has one of the lowest mortality rates on roads in the world. Check your facts. I did.

Wooow we are allowed to drive 300 km/h and more.... is that freedom?
-
lol what a fuckin liar. In Germany only idiots with no future and no life go on the autobahn and drive for their last time as fast as they can until they die. That's why German people cause so many accidents in other countries. They think they can drive 200km/h but allowed is 130km/h.

@fauffe da haste recht! ;)

The weirdest feeling is when you do like 240+ and you drive in the right lane because nobody else is there. It feels so wrong :D
And to everybody whos coming to Germany and who wants to drive fast, stay in the middle lane in the beginning, driving fast is quite different. We don't want you to crash :)

just drive right if ur to slow!!!

@fauffe the best true comment i've ever seen from a human's mind!!!!!

I like how the RS6 was used to describe driving fast on the Autobahn. The media know it's the right car to describe this sensational feeling :-)
In Germany you have to drive on the right lane of the street (Autobahn).
We don't drink, type sms etc. while driving (that's because German cars often don't have drink holder)
and so the German Autobahn is one of the safest streets in the whole world. We are concentrated on ONE thing - driving fast and safe. And it works.

Very badly researched.
There are about 2 million accidents per year on ALL of Germany's roads, the vast majority of them NOT on the autobahn! (Imagine, >5000 accidents per day on a 13000 km road network, that would be impossible)
Also, it's not the only place in the world without speed limits, the Isle of Man doesn't have any either outside of towns, which is a lot crazier since it's all single carriageway.
